New Product Design & Development Capabilities

 

Elite Electronics' Product Design & Development Team offers its customers a full-range of product development services from ergonomic studies to industrial design to prototype development to production tooling and manufacturing fulfillment. 

 

Our Design & Development Team carefully reviews each Customer request for assistance.  Upon completion of the initial project review, if the scope of the Customer’s request is within our capabilities, Elite’s designated Project Manager schedules a meeting with the Customer’s Project Manager and/or Design Team to discuss their needs in greater detail.  The purpose of this preliminary meeting is to define the Customer’s product expectations, near- and long-term objectives, as well as, delivery requirements. 

 

If the meeting results in a mutual understanding to move on to the proposal stage, Elite’s Product Design & Development Team will prepare a comprehensive proposal that clearly defines the work to be completed, delivery time-lines and detailed project cost estimates.  Should the proposal result in a Customer purchase order for Elite’s Design & Development Services, Elite will begin work on the project once it has received the Customer’s written confirmation of the mutually agreed upon work product deliverables and the Customer’s acceptance criteria.
